Claim Reward Drops Clearly
A five-part check for contents, eligibility, cost, expiry and the exact screen where a mobile reward can be collected.
Editorial note: This independent guide is not affiliated with a game publisher. Game-specific rules, prices and inventory are controlled by the relevant title and its official support channels.
01
Identify the item
A strong reward notice names what will be received rather than relying on a closed chest or glowing silhouette. Quantity, duration and any random selection should appear before the claim.
Sugar Rush Rewards never grants items inside another publisher's game. Our claim tracker is a private note; the game's confirmation screen is the actual receipt.
02
Read eligibility and cost
Some rewards require a login, a level milestone, an event entry or a purchase. Those conditions should be visible before the main action. No-cost and purchase-linked offers belong in separate categories.
If the price or requirement changes between screens, stop and review the final checkout details. A timer does not remove the need for informed choice.
03
Confirm the deadline
Limited-time events should provide a clear start and end. Save the in-game confirmation when an item has an expiry or delayed delivery, and contact that game's support for missing inventory.
